The Ruffwear Stash Bag Mini is a must-have for dog walking and securely attaches to most dog leads!  With a zip closure, it's a convenient 'poop' bag dispenser that also has a small front stretch-mesh pocket to hold your keys or a few dog treats.   It comes with 15 Earth Rated bags included and then fits any standard sized rolls.

The back of the bag has two clip straps - clip one around the handle of your dog's lead and the other around the leash itself. Then cinch to tighten (see video below).
