We despatch most orders within 24 hrs of receipt - orders received before noon we will aim to despatch that day. If we cannot meet this time-frame (for example if the item is out of stock), we will let you know by email and/or text within 24 hrs.
All our products are dispatched either from our Sunshine Coast or Sydney warehouse. The exception is the & Float Doggy life vest - (which is dispatched from New Zealand - any exchanges of this item requires the customer to be send back to NZ).

- Regular Delivery - via Australia Post typically arrives in 2-10 days from dispatch. This is a regular postal service targeted to arrive within that time frame but can on occasions take a bit longer generally depending on location.
- Express Delivery - via Australia Express Post is targeted delivery in 1-3 days from dispatch within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers most metropolitan areas. If you aren't sure if your address is within the network you can check here on the Australia Post website
Late or missing item? You can submit a claim with Australia Post here - https://helpandsupport.auspost.com.au/s/missing-or-lost-item Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays within Australia Post and our couriers networks.
All orders will have a tracking number which we strongly recommend you checking. If you believe there is a problem with your delivery (e.g., lost), please let us know within 7-10 days of dispatch. We can not raise queries with delivery agents on lost packages outside of 14 days. As such unfortunately we can not be held liable for lost packages outside of this period.

- Once an order has been processed & dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the address can't be changed.
- If an order is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
If the order can't be delivered for any reason (e.g., incomplete address), the customer will be charged the return charges and plus $9.95 delivery charge to resend the package. For subsequent refunds, they will be less these two charges.
International orders - Please contact us on email@example.com to let us know what you are interested in purchasing and we will get back to you with costs and estimated delivery times. Additional local duty and taxes may be required to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods - these will be the responsibility of the customer.

- You can also pay by bank deposit - please contact us with your name, address, phone and order details. We will then email you an order which will include our bank details. Payment must be in AUD.
